+ What’s needed to book Cali-Made Photo Bus ?

A non-refundable 50% deposit books your date! All additional fees are due 30 days before your event by check or money order.

+ How long do you need for set up and tear down?

We arrive about one hour prior to your start time to set up our booth, props (if necessary) and ensure all equipment is good to go! Tear down takes about 30-40 minutes.

+ What do you need to set up ?

We need to an approximate space of 11x20 foot space to set up and to be within about 100 feet of a 3-pronged plugin.

+ What if we want more time ?

If there is no planned booking after yours, we’d be happy to extend our time with you and your guests. Our add on hourly rate is $150/hour.

+ Do you offer non-profit discounts ?

Reach out to us and give us the details. We will try to do our best to work within your budget, if we’re not booked on the date you are seeking. Send us a message and we can further discuss.

+ Do you collaborate with others?

Yes! We’d love to collaborate with others:

Pop-up Shop: Set up your goods and items in and around Cali-Made and you’ll get plenty of attention. We can make selling your item a hit. Pop-up shops are always fun.

Photographers: Family sessions, senior photos, mini-sessions, and maternity shoots.

Editorial: Cali-Made is definitely up for whatever role she can play in your projects.

Branding: We love to get Cali-Made dressed up and sport your brand. Sponsor an event and we’ll work together to be sure everyone sees who brought Cali-Made Photo Booth to the event. You’ll be the talk of the show.

+ Can you personalize my photo strips?

Yes! You have the option of customizing 2x6 or 4x6 photo strips. We can add your logo, date, name or hashtag, or anything you’d like. If you’re a business looking to a sponsor event, it’s an amazing way to keep your logo advertised.

+ Do you actually print pictures ?

Yes! We are a fully functioning photo booth with unlimited photo strips for your event. Every guest will walk away with a picture memory.

+ Are you outdoor only?

No. We love indoors as well as outdoor events. With the permission of the venue, we can drive Cali-Made and set up wherever you’d love us.

+ Can we decorate the bus?

Absolutely! We are there to make your event as smooth as possible. We’d love to work with your team to have Cali-Made dressed up for your event.

+ Can I rent Cali-Made Photo Bus for a photo shoot or video shoot?

Any vision you have for your photo shoot or video shoot is possible with Cali-Made. She comes with multiple props to enhance your photo shoot or video shoot. Props are at no additional cost. Reach out and let’s make your vision become a reality.
